Booking Qualification
Every booked demo is checked against your own written criteria before your rep sets off, with the evidence from the call attached.
What it does
Runs as soon as the telemarketer ends the call. The agent works out who was the caller and who was the prospect, then reads the call for the things your criteria actually test: handset count, spend, contract position, whether the person booked holds a role you accept. Company details and the named contact are checked against Companies House rather than against the recording, so the facts that decide eligibility come from a source the call cannot influence. The verdict is computed in code from your own thresholds, not decided by the model, and it separates a prospect who does not qualify from a booking where nobody asked. The finding lands on the CRM record, and anything questionable goes to the manager with the quotes behind each point. Nothing is cancelled or moved. A person decides, with the evidence in front of them.
Who it's for
Telemarketing managers and sales directors accountable for what lands in the demo diary, and the MD who sees the conversion rate at month end.

Typical impact
Every booked demo checked against your own written criteria within minutes of the call recording landing, with anything questionable in the manager's inbox inside the hour. Findings arrive while the meeting can still be changed, not in a report after the rep has already been.
