The following terms apply specifically to the purchase and delivery of the "Opportunity Audit".
We understand the sensitivity of your business data. A.Ideal agrees to keep all proprietary information shared during the Audit strictly confidential. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data provided is used solely for the purpose of analyzing your workflows and generating your Audit deliverables.
We guarantee to identify value in your business. You are eligible to request a full refund of the Audit fee if we fail to identify at least one process where the Projected Value of implementation exceeds the Implementation Cost.
If you choose to proceed with implementation services through A.Ideal Automation, the full cost of your Audit (£1,500) will be credited toward your project build costs. This credit is non-transferable and applies solely to custom automation builds or service retainers agreed upon within 30 days of Audit delivery.
We aim to deliver your Audit findings within 7 business days. This timeline is contingent upon the prompt scheduling of your intake call and the timely provision of necessary information by your team. Delays caused by lack of access or communication on the client side may extend this timeline.
Bonus assets (including the AI Vendor Matrix, ROI Calculator, and Implementation Playbook) are licensed to you for internal business use only. You receive lifetime access to these assets for as long as A.Ideal continues to host and maintain them. Resale or public distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental/guardian consent if applicable) to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Certain features may require you to register and create an account. You must provide accurate and current information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A.Ideal from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
